All our plants will ship either by U.S. Postal Service or by United Parcel Service (UPS). Smaller plants are shipped by U.S. Postal Service, and larger plants are shipped by UPS. Charge for shipping is as follows: Free shipping on orders totaling $250.00 or more. Orders under $250.00 will be shipped at cost, including packing materials, labor and shipping cost. Estimated shipping cost is 15% of total order. Please note we do not ship outside of the Continental limits of the U.S.A. |

Payment for plant material may be made on-line by using your credit card. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. You may also call us at 800-215-5525 and order direct, using your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also pay direct by money order or personal check. Please allow ten (10) days for your check to clear before shipment is made. Sales in Indiana are subject to 6% sales tax. Warranty of Viability |

We guarantee all our plants to be true to name and to be alive and in viable condition upon arrival. Any plants damaged in shipping should be reported to the carrier immediately by filing a claim and a call for inspection. Due to conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the livability of plants after they have been shipped from PlantsTreesandSeeds.com. In no case will we ever be liable for more than the total cost of the order shipped. |

Shipping Season |

Our shipping season is from October 15th to June 1st, subject to weather conditions. Trees and shrubs do best when shipped in dormant condition. Our cold storage facilities enable us to have an extended shipping season. Flowers and perennials will ship from February 15th to June 1st. Seeds are shipped from September 1st to June 1st. There may be a slight delay on shipping in the spring due to heavy backlog of orders. Please call our toll-free telephone number if you have any questions about your order. Feel free to call us about planting advice. Our staff will be ready to help you and will promptly give you the information you need.
